Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the time your order is placed.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

If you place an order on a Friday, weekend, or bank holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during peak periods—such as sales events or holidays—processing times may be longer due to high order volumes.
