Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund.

 

While we package all items with care, minor cosmetic wear or creasing to the product’s outer packaging may occur during shipping. This type of packaging damage does not affect the product itself and is not considered grounds for a refund.


To be eligible, products must be in unopened, unused condition and with all original packaging and tamper-evident seals intact.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions.
We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not comply with our policy

How to make a return

Send an email to sales@lumebae.co.uk with your order number to request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

 

When you receive confirmation and instruction from our team, prepare your package and send it to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.


If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.

 

Any applicable deductions—such as fees for orders that qualified for free shipping—will be applied to the refunded amount
